I messaged a factory but never heard back. What do I do?

Make sure to follow up 2-3 times over the course of a few weeks. If you still don't hear back you can try an alternative form of contact or just move on to another factory. Make sure your message is short and concise, don't overwhelm a factory with details until you start talking with them.
