I had a negative experience with a factory on Maker’s Row - what should I do?

We do not get involved with factory/brand relationships; however, if you had a sub-par experience with one of the factories on our site, we definitely encourage you to leave a review as we don't want other users to have similar negative experiences. Reviews are a great way for brands to share their experiences working with factories along the production process. First, make sure you are logged-in and go to their factory page, click on the 'Reviews' tab at the bottom right (next to Hours and Location), then click 'Write a Review'.

Please note, reviews are there for brands/designers who have completed a production run with the factory. It is our policy that reviews are not used for communication issues and those that have not worked with the factory yet.
