What Is Your Refund Policy?

Maker’s Row is a Software as a Service (“SaaS”) company and currently offers paid and free accounts. A valid credit card is required for paid accounts. Free accounts are not required to provide a credit card number. 

The Maker’s Row service is billed in advance in accordance with our pricing schedule and all recurring monthly payments are nonrefundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service or refunds for months unused with an open account. Additionally, 

In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made unless a user upgrades. If a user upgrades their plan, the next month's bill will be prorated.
